This Privacy Policy covers Zoi's treatment of personally identifiable information that Zoi collects when you or your site visitors are on the site, and when you use Zoi's services. This policy also covers Zoi's treatment of any personally identifiable information that Zoi's users share with Zoi. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Zoi does not own or control or to people that Zoi does not employ or manage.
Zoi collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Zoi account, when you use certain Zoi SAAS or other services, when you visit Zoi pages, and when you/visitors on your site (or subdomain serviced by Zoi) enter contact and lead information. Zoi may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners and multiple sources.
When you register with Zoi, we ask for your first name, last name, state, city, email, phone number, company you are working in and other pertinent details. Once you register with Zoi and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We validate the information you provide to us about you, your company, contacts uploaded on your manager section of subdomain hosted by Zoi - hence we might need to contact you and validate the contact information you have uploaded in Zoi.
Also, during registration, you may be requested to register your mobile phone and email id or other channels to receive text messages, notifications, and other services to your wireless device. By registration you authorize us to send SMS/e-mail alerts to you for your login details and any other service requirements or some advertising messages/emails from us.
Zoi will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone other than as specifically noted herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Zoi may sell and/or transfer your personally identifiable information to an affiliate and to any successor-in-interest as a result of a sale of any part of Zoi's business or upon the merger, reorganization or consolidation of Zoi with another entity on a basis that Zoi is not the surviving entity.

Integrating your Google Calendar with Zoi will allow Zoi to read your calendar for events. This is done to provide users with suitable time slots if they choose to book a meeting via Zoi. Other than the time, no details of these existing events such as title or description are read by Zoi, and nor is this data stored or shared with any third-party tools, including AI models.
We strictly follow the norms of non-disclosure agreement. It is our endeavor to ensure that the websites linked to us are safe and secure. However, we have no control over 3rd party websites. Given our legal responsibilities to legal authorities and regulators, there may be situations when we need to share your information with legal authorities or processes or need to protect our right or comply by terms and conditions.
